Bump, Great lottery service.
BTW i won a Chimera earlier and selected delivery at HUB. Is that the correct option to choose for Caps? Coz caps can only operate in low/null sec i was wondering how i would take delivery of the carrier.
I also won a Vigilant which i'm still waiting on. I won them this morning about 5.30 Eve time approx.
Do they normally take this long? The reason i ask is you guys are normally spot on with delivery so i am wondering if i did anything wrong while selecting HUB delivery.

1. Yup, you chose the right option. Blink doesn't offer a courier service with caps :P
We will always contract cap ships in low sec, never in null sec. As close as we can get them to Jita as possible.
2. Your vigilant was fulfilled on 2011-06-30 17:58:28
We try to keep fulfillment under 24H as much as possible, and 95% of the time our fulfillment time is well under our estimated time. However, because of the 40T celebrations so far we've been seeing a lot more claims than our usual standard operating day. Caps can take a little longer.

IDEA:
Give the option to change your mind on claimed prizes to transform them into Blink credit, so we're not itching to deposit when we've got a big withdrawal coming anyways, and we can keep on Blinking!
The biggest problem with this is the race condition. If an employee is in the middle of handing out ISK and you switch to credit, you may get double-paid, good for you, not so much for us. It's something to think about though!
If an employee is on, you can ask in the channel to have your choice switched-- just provide them the 6-digit BlinkID.
Still doing a great job Somer. We realise sometimes you guys have alot of work to do so i'm good with that. Keep up the good work.
